Please give us a Name, Address, (and a Shipping Address if different), Phone Number and Email Address. Let us know which items you want - and how many of each. Once your order is received we will get back to you to confirm availability, advise you on shipping costs, finalize your total order value and arrange payment. We require a $50 mininum order.

We are able to take your payment directly by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We prefer calling to get your credit card number for security reasons. Please do not send your credit card information in an email.

You may continue to use Paypal if you desire. [Setting up an account with Paypal is very easy if you prefer this method. In this case, payment should be made to obabe@orchidbabies.com].

Alternatively you can pay by check or money order.

Orders will be processed after payment is received. We will email you with your shipping date before we dispatch your order.

No foreign orders are possible at this time, but we are working on accomplishing this. We can ship to states requiring a phyto-sanitary certificate.

Shipping

Shipping by Priority Mail is currently our preferred method of shipping, as packages arrive in 2-3 days, and is reliable and less costly.   We can ship a $50 order to most places in the US for $12 which includes shipping and packing and a $100 order for approximately $15.  Our packing costs have risen due to time and materials, and we are very careful and pack our plants very well.    FedEx 2nd day is also availab2e which is guaranteed to get to most areas in 2 days.  For a $50 order costs would be $15, and a $100 order, costs would be $20, approximately (based on weight and how far away from Alabama).   With heavier plants there might be an additional fee or if the distane for shipping is greater than we estimate, but we would tell you when ready to ship.    Please know that FedEx adds on an additional cost to us for pickup, fuel surcharge, and residential delivery to you, but they are excellent and reliable.  We are unable to assume these costs but do try and ship the safest and most economical way to you.

Shipping is done on Mondays or Tuesdays, weather permitting.  Please let us know if there are any weather problems in your area before shipping.

Other Information

A discount of 10% is normally given (when requested) for purchases over $500, and  15% for over $1000.  Our plants are priced very reasonably already, so we cannot give further discounts.

ORCHIDbabies makes every effort to please our customers, providing healthy, correctly named plants. In the case of dissatisfaction, plants may be returned within 7 days for replacement or refund. Please notify us immediately if your plant is damaged in shipment.
