Please give us a Name, Address, (and a Shipping Address if different), Phone Number and Email Address. Let us know which items you want - and how many of each. Once your order is received we will get back to you to confirm availability, advise you on shipping costs, finalize your total order value and arrange payment. We require a $50 mininum order.

We are able to take your payment directly by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We prefer calling to get your credit card number for security reasons. Please do not send your credit card information in an email.

You may continue to use Paypal if you desire. [Setting up an account with Paypal is very easy if you prefer this method. In this case, payment should be made to obabe@orchidbabies.com].

Alternatively you can pay by check or money order.

Orders will be processed after payment is received. We will email you with your shipping date before we dispatch your order.

No foreign orders are possible at this time, but we are working on accomplishing this. We can ship to states requiring a phyto-sanitary certificate.

Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping is FedEx 2nd day. You may select Overnight ($27 +), or 2nd Day ($22 +). Please know that FedEx adds on almost $10 more for pickup, fuel surcharge, and residential delivery to you, but they are excellent and reliable.

USPS Express Mail is also available, arriving in 1-2 days. It costs slightly less than FedEx. Priority Mail is available but must be specifically requested ($12 +). Priority Mail is not guaranteed delivery in a timely fashion, and we cannot guarantee our plants will arrive in top condition when sent priority mail. Shipping is done on Mondays or Tuesdays, weather permitting.

Other Information

A discount of 10% is normally given (when requested) for purchases over $300; 15% for over $600; and 20% over $1000 .

Orchidbabies makes every effort to please our customers, providing healthy, correctly named plants. In the case of dissatisfaction, plants may be returned within 7 days for replacement or refund. Please notify us immediately if your plant is damaged in shipment.
